What is Thai Yoga?


Traditional Thai Yoga combines full-body stretches with assisted yoga postures. It helps to increase flexibility and reduce chronic pain. It is a fully clothed, oil-less massage performed on a cushioned floor mat. During your session, Tess will provide caring and attentive bodywork rooted in proper body mechanics.
