Neuromuscular Massage (NMT)

Kinesis Myofascial Integration (KMI)
A system-oriented, rather than symptom-oriented, form of Structural Integration (SI).
This series of 12 sequential sessions, mapped around the body’s myofasciae, works progressively through the entire body to free the binding and shortening of connective tissues in the “fascial network,” and to re-educate the body in efficient and sustainable movement patterns.The KMI series helps muscles adapt for long-term independence.
