in shape while dancing professionally. Her first exposure to
Gyrotonic was in 2003, with Naomi Relnick, while studying at the Kane
School in New York City.
Caroline
began teaching Pilates in New York City in 2003, and taught at
several studios in the New York area before relocating to Atlanta in
January 2008 to work at CORE. She has experience working with a
variety of clients with many different goals, ranging from pre-natal
fitness, to rehabilitation after surgery or illness, to preparation
for swimsuit season. Caroline also has experience working with the
Deaf community and has created a Pilates mat class taught in American
Sign Language.
Caroline
received her Pilates certification from the Kane School of Core
Integration in New York City. There she studied with Kelly Kane,
Renee Jimenez Orona, and Kuan Hui Chew. She completed her Gyrotonic
foundation course with Bradley Kreamer at CORE in August 2008 and
received her Gyrotonic certification in June 2009.
Caroline graduated cum laude from SUNY Purchase with a BFA in dance. She has also studied at the Sorbonne, in Paris, and is currently completing her undergraduate pre-med requirements at Georgia State University.
