Notes on Rates
Enrollment in duet instruction requires that clients first complete three private classes for physical assessment and to learn the fundamentals of Pilates exercises and apparatus set up.Pilates small group sessions available to groups of 3-6 clients who have at least one year of experience on a studio space-available basis. No prerequisite requirements for Gyrokinesis® small groups.
