Pilates Tower Classes

Clients in these classes will execute a short (10-20 minute) mat warm up and then work on the tower, a modified version of the Pilates Cadillac. The tower uses spring-based resistance to work the entire body. Instructor permission is required to enroll in these classes. Enrollment Requirements: Minimum 4, maximum 6.

Intermediate Tower:
Clients must be working at an intermediate level in either mat class or private sessions. Clients will learn how to safely set up the tower and execute intermediate exercises using the leg and arm springs, roll back bar and push through bar.

Advanced Tower:
Clients must be working at an advanced intermediate level in their mat and apparatus work, and must know how to safely set up the tower for a work out. This challenging class moves quickly.
