CORE Atlanta Pilates and Gyrotonic: Overview

As the only fully-equipped Gyrotonic studio in Atlanta, CORE is uniquely situated to offer a comprehensive menu of Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis teacher training courses. With two resident Gyrotonic Pre-trainers and strong relationships with several Gyrotonic Master Trainers, CORE offers:

Private and Group Pre-training throughout the year
Foundation Courses and Apprentice Reviews at least once per year
Specialized Equipment Courses on each piece of specialized equipment at least once a year

The first step in either Gyrotonic or Gyrokinesis certification is to develop a personal practice in that method that cultivates a personal understanding of and appreciation for the work. Each year, a handful of clients determine that they are ready to take their training to the next level by exploring teacher training opportunities. The next step is to take a pre-training course.
