What our clients are saying about CORE Buckhead + Westside:
"The Gyrotonic I have been taking with Brenda has done wonders for my overall flexibility and very specifically for my golf swing. I had knee replacement surgery late in October 2009 and during the rehab, I didn't work as much on flexibility as I should have and developed some back problems as a result. I started back playing golf in May and changed my swing to take advantage of the new knee but the nagging back problems and lack of flexibility really inhibited my progress. Becky gave me a series of Gyrotonic sessions with Brenda and I started going twice a week. I saw marked improvement after just two sessions (no more back pain and my shoulder turn in my golf swing increased). After having eight sessions, I played last week in a three day member-guest golf tournament at Callusaja Club in Highlands, NC and my partner and I won the tournament. I am certain that the difference was the Gyrotonic training as my distance and accuracy was much improved and I had no hint of back problems. I feel like I should give the trophy to Brenda because I don't think any of that was possible without the work she did with me - She is the BEST.
I do think that there are a lot of middle aged and older golfers who would be amazed at what Gyrotonic can do for them both in terms of eliminating back problems and enhancing their overall flexibility for golf. I plan on playing golf for the rest of my life and I think Gyrotonic will be the key to doing that and continuing to play well and enjoy it."

"As a woman physician, I am constantly seeking ways to stay fit and improve my stamina. A day in the operating room may involve several hours of standing while wearing heavy magnifying glasses, challenging my neck and shoulders. Several months ago, I tried my first Gyrotonic session. After class, I called my sister long-distance and told her to find a class nearby "STAT!"
Approaching Gyrotonic, with its traction-like equipment, can be a bit intimidating. But at both CORE studios, one feels welcome, whether it's the first time or the twelfth time. My teacher, Brenda, has been able to assess my strengths and weaknesses from the beginning. Brenda's cheerfulness, mixed with determination, make class a pleasure. She is trained to modify and expand the workout as my skill and flexibility increase. This makes Gyrotonic an ideal workout for all levels of fitness. Gyrotonic, with its series of stretches and curls, adds the right complement to my other workouts, cardio and weight training.
Since beginning Gyrotonic, my once weekly headaches have disappeared. My posture and strength have improved. Gyrotonic is now a permanent part of my routine. I recommend it, and the CORE studios in Atlanta, very highly."

"I wanted to thank both Caroline and Jessica for all the help they have given me over the past few weeks. The training has made my hip so much better... I am no longer awakened at night with throbbing pain! Caroline and Jessica have been most helpful in giving me homework that I can do in order to augment the on-site training. Jessica has created wonderful training facilities and Caroline DEFINITELY deserves her promotion. Caroline is so patient and able to adapt to the needs of the client.... thanks again for everything and congratulations!"
