CORE’s instructors are bright, articulate and highly motivated to continuously refresh and deepen their knowledge of their discipline(s). Our instructors have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and are willing to learn from and share ideas with others. They thrive in a nurturing, teamwork-oriented environment. All CORE Pilates teachers have completed a minimum of 600 hours in a comprehensive classical Pilates teacher training program, and either in that training or in subsequent continuing education, they have studied anatomy and the neutral spine approach to Pilates. Gyrotonic® instructors have completed, at a minimum, the Level 1 Gyrotonic® teacher training program.
